300 HR TULAA YOGA HOLISTIC TEACHER TRAINING

TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE

As yoga teachers we are responsible to seek lifelong learning. Our 300 Hour multi-dimensional curriculum draws on in-depth practices from Ayurveda, Yoga as Therapy, and a deeper exploration of Meditation, Mantra and the Subtle Body. This program will enhance your understanding of yoga practices, traditions and application beyond asana, providing you with the skills and knowledge to teach individuals with broader needs. Our staff have achieved advanced education in these modalities and are excited to pass this knowledge on to the local 200 hour teachers.

Our 300 hour Holistic Teacher Training taps into the wisdom of the Upanishads to understand and embrace the multiple, energetic layers of our being.  In our search for inner-most wisdom, our journey through the gross physical to the subtle and blissful nature that we and our students inherently possess will be guided by a deep exploration of the below topics.  The program will begin with an introduction to teachers, syllabus, reading and assignments on Saturday 9/21, from 12-5pm.  The schedule for the below weekends will be Friday 6-9pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm:
