ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE & STANDING POSTURES WORKSHOP
January 25th, 1:00-3:00pm
We are teaming up with Imogen Ragone to offer this workshop. This is a
great way to focus on proper alignment of the standing postures with
enhanced awareness of our physical habits through the gentle, guiding
touch of an Alexander teacher. Using Imogen's hands-on help and
instruction, we can learn to reduce strain and tension and improve our
body mechanics in some of the key standing postures in our yoga
practice.

MEN'S ONLY - ASHTANGA BEGINNER'S COURSE
Begins Saturday, Feb 7th, for 4 weeks, from 10:00am-Noon
This course will introduce the Ashtanga Primary Series for men who are flexible or not, athletic or not! Falling between
Super Bowl Sunday and March Madness, there should be no excuse for missing this opportunity to enhance all aspects of your life
in 2009! The Ashtanga Primary Series is proven to enhance flexibility and strength, providing a repetitive and consistent practice
from which to explore yoga asana and improve overall health. $75 for the 4 sessions,
pre-registration is required as space is limited.
YOGA SUTRAS & TEA
Begins Sunday, Feb 1st and continues the 1st Sunday of each month from 1-3pm
This discussion/study group is open to all, students of Tulaa Yoga or not. We would like to begin a group study of the
Yoga Sutras,
reading from various texts to explore their meaning and application in our lives. Hot tea and lots of blankets will welcome us,
and notes will be shared with all who are interested. If you're a student of yoga asana and would like to learn more about yoga
philosophy in a comfortable and relaxed setting, please join us!
